Sorting Tickets by date

I am using OTRS 3.0.4 and have noticed that when looking in a queue the tickets are sorted oldest to newest. Is there anyway to sort the tickets from newest to oldest?

Hello,

Of course it is possible. Please go to the SysConfig and configure these options:

Ticket::Frontend::AgentTicketQueue###SortBy::Default -----> Age
Ticket::Frontend::AgentTicketQueue###Order::Default -----> Down
