We have a group email id for our team. When ever client send a mail(ticket)from his mail-id(like gmail.com) to our group email id all of our group members will receive email. But now we want that mail(tickets) should come in otrs dashboard also.
We configured POP3 Account properly But we are not getting emails into otrs dashboard. I tested with my gmail account but otrs not pulling mails from my account.
To send a mail from otrs to any client email id's is working properly.
We are using OTRS 2.4...
Your help would be greatly appreciated..
