Solved: Edit printout for Ticket, SLA, Service

Hi,
Searched around the forum, and the docs with no luck.

What files do I need to edit in order to change how tickets, SLA's, and Service(s) are printed?
Add fields, remove fields, remove text, add text, etc.

My apologies if this has been asked, if so could someone kindly point me to the thread, I had no luck in finding it.
