Sub ticket type (Customer interface)

Hello,

I would like to know if it's posible to add another field called "Type 2" next to the field called "Type"

For example in "Type" field would be 3 types, A, B, C

If selected type A, on field "Type 2" would appear A1, A2, A3, A4....
If selected type B, on field "Type 2" would appear B1, B2, B3, B4....

Don't forget that To: is a Queue and if you're using Queues for categories instead of simply "Raw", you will have a lot more flexibility in Queues and SubQueues that can replace your need for "Type".

You also have Service as an option, as well as Ticket Free Text fields, so, there's more than one way to do it :).
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

Mmm, yeah, may it's more usefull to make queues instead types.
