Dear all,

I've been trying to setup OTRS to send mails to user whenever a ticket is created in the system ( with users as customers ) but it is not working. My mail system is running is on MS Exchange 2007. I have done the necessary mail configurations but it is not still working:

Check the error message that I get when I try to fetch mail from the mail system: Error Message: POP3: Auth for user [username]/[servername] failed! or Error Message: IMAP: Can't connect to [servername].

Any help on this.

Using OTRS 3.0.4 runnning on MySQL DBMS
on Windows XP - as the server environment

Username or PW is wrong (see POP3)
IMAP is not usabel because of firewall or server settings
"Production": OTRS™ 8, OTRS™ 7, STORM powered by OTRS
"Testing": ((OTRS Community Edition)) and git Master
