[Solved] ubuntu 8044 upgrade 249 to 305 Browser Warning

hello,
my system production one ubuntu 8044 and mysql , i have virtual machine copy my system production for test first, i run step a step info from UPGRADING and not see any problem all complete ok

but try via explorer firefox chrome opera and get this error

and try setps for resolve this problem and nothing resolve.

a) bin/otrs.SetPermissions.pl --otrs-user=otrs --otrs-group=otrs --web-user=www-data --web-group=www-data /opt/otrs

b) /opt/otrs/bin/otrs.SetPermissions.pl --otrs-user=otrs --otrs-group=www-data --web-user=www-data --web-group=www-data /opt/otrs

c)bin/otrs.SetPermissions.pl --otrs-user=otrs --web-user=www-data --otrs-group=otrs --web-group=www-data --admin-user=sysadmin --admin-group=sysadmin /opt/otrs

what user run? root? otrs? other?

and

sudo bin/otrs.RebuildConfig.pl
sudo bin/otrs.DeleteCache.pl

but nothing Browser Warning continue

Ok i can upgrade my problem is present in two chapter

/opt/otrs/var/httpd/htdocs/skins/Agent/default/css-cache

this i create manual dir and change Permission chmod 775

/opt/otrs/var/httpd/htdocs/skins/Agent/default/css-cache

this change Permission chmod 775

and now finally i can upgrade my system
