Analyzing OTRS data

Hi all!

I'm a student and I have been given the assignment to analyze the OTRS data from the IT help desk of a hospital. I received a zipped file full of .frm, .MYD and .MYI files. I thought, in order to be able to use these files, I had to install the OTRS software. Now, I installed it on my computer, but I can't seem to get it running. When I run the OTRS agent-interface, it redirects me to http://localhost/otrs/index.pl which is just a blanc page.

Can someone point me in the right direction on what I can do in order to view the data?

you received the database files. you'll need the correct version of the mysql server to run the database.

The easier way would be to get a datbase dump from the database and import it to youd mysql database server
