[SOLVED] Star for unread

Hello,

As said in http://forums.otrs.org/viewtopic.php?f=62&t=8460, I am just trying OTRS 3.0.6.

One of the interests of it, is the yellow star that comes for unread articles.

When I restored my database (from 2.4.9), all tickets have the yellow star. Which may sound normal.

But when I receive a brand new ticket, no yellow star.
And when I receive a new answer to an existing ticket, no yellow star either.
Why?
Is there a configuration I missed anywhere?
Or just something I ddidn't understand?

And another question:
Does the star depend on the connected agent? (in this case all agents have to read all articles!!??)
Or if any agent reads a new article, the star disappears for all agents? (better for our needs)

This was with root user.
When I try another user, all tickets but 2 have the outline star! (The 2 others have the yellow star.)
Is the meaning of the yellow/outline star described anywhere?
Is it user-depending?
Can this be configured anywhere?

OK, I have found the definition here:

Yellow star, if there is at least one unseen (not opened by YOU) article AND the ticket owner or responsible is you (no matter if locked or unlocked)
White star, if there is at least one unseen (not opened by YOU) article AND the ticket is NOT you (no matter if locoed or unlocked)
No star, if there are no unseen article (all articles are read by YOU) (no matter who is the owner or if locked or unlocked)

However...
It does not explain why it doesn't work for me, i.e. doesn't let any star (yellow or outline) appear when receiving a new mail!!?

Please help, as this is for us the main advantage of upgrading to 3.0.6.

(Edited) After some more tests, it works perfectly... provided I don't do it with 'root' user!
