Software error when installed ITSM Package

Hi all,

The software error occured when I installed the ITSM package as following

Software error:
Can't use an undefined value as a HASH reference at /opt/otrs//Kernel/System/ITSMChange.pm line 2281.
For help, please send mail to the webmaster (root@localhost), giving this error message and the time and date of the error.


The OS is RedHat 5.4

How can I fix this error?
