I made a strange discovery in my freshly installed OTRS 3.0.5 (WinXP).
If I answer a ticket with Opera 11.01 and copy & paste a text into the ticket body, the cursor jumps either to the top before the salutation, or to the end of the ticket.
Problem occurs only with Opera. IE and FF behave correct.
It is probably not only for my installation, as it happened with the online demo of OTRS.org also.
Does anyone else have seen this error or know advice?
I'm not sure if this some kind of browser settings, or can be adjusted in OTRS but it's very annoying
and since you surely know, if you work with a browser for years, you don't want to change
