We are working on setting up OTRS for the first time, and we have a question or two about the way OTRS handles attatchments on incoming/outgoing emails.
-When an email is sent regarding an OTRS ticket, and the ticket has attatchments associated with it, will these attatchments be on the outgoing email?
The ticket creation process in OTRS seems to imply that, in the case of an email ticket at least, this is the case. But we would be grateful for confirmation prior to testing.
-When a ticket is created by an incoming email with attatchments (via postmaster) are those attatchments automatically associated with the ticket?
If not, what would be required in order to achieve the above functionality?
