I have new installation, but page http://helpdesk.click2stream.com:81/otrs/json.pl returns {"Result":"failed","Message":"Need UserLogin or UserID!"}.

iPhone returns the same, see attachment.

Powered by OTRS 3.0.6 + iPhoneHandle 1.0.2.

We have now OTRS 3.0.10 and iPhoneHandle 1.0.3

You have some rewrite rules in your apache setup. So try it without the /otrs ...
