I'm new to this type of open source, and I have some difficulties to correctly configure OTRS 3.0.7. I will wish, when I receive a mail support.... com for example, the creation of the ticket automatically. Do you have an idea?

I don´t knwo what your problem is?
Can you give some more detail?
As soon as OTRS takes mails off of a mailbox it will create a ticket out of it.

If I get you right,
you want to (in steps)
1) open a 'new ticket' window
2) have the ticket created immediately, even before the fields are filled by the user
This is not possible, since a ticket is created only when all these fields are filled.

Yes, in fact, I try to retrieve mail from a mailbox, and when mail arrives in that box there, a ticket is automatically created. You see what I mean? For example, a customer sends us an email to support@company.com, I'd like a tcket be created automatically dan OTRS.

you need to fetch a mail box (this will be completely fetched!!!!) via POP3/IMAP to create new tickets out of mail. Please read the admin docu (docs.otrs.org)
