Hello,
We are evaluating OTRS to be used as a replacement for our current request tracker installation (along with replacing our ticketing and cmdb systems).
One of the options we need is PGP encryption on the communication from and to one of our customers.
We've exported the existing key from RT and are now trying to import it into OTRS.
When trying to import the PGP key from an file we get the following error:
Can't add key: gpg: keyblock resource `/opt/otrs/.gnupg//secring.gpg': file open error gpg: keyblock resource `/opt/otrs/.gnupg//pubring.gpg': file open error gpg: no writable keyring found: eof gpg: error reading `/opt/otrs/var/tmp/kQCyUbMS2M.tmp': general error gpg: import from `/opt/otrs/var/tmp/kQCyUbMS2M.tmp' failed: general error gpg: Total number processed: 0!
I've looked at the folders and there is no .gnupgp folder in /opt/otrs , the folder permissions for /opt/otrs/var/tmp is otrs:apache.
Can someone help us to get this working with correct permissions ?
Peter
