Howto automatically take ownership of a ticket

Hi

I would like to know how to automatically take ownership of a ticket once it is clicked on from the agent interface. If i then wish to reassign the ticket, do i change the owner of the ticket to the available agent or how do i assign this ticket to an Agent Group.

If you click lock or reply, you take ownership. That's because OTRS assumes you're just looking at a ticket until you act on it.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
