Error message while performing change conditions

hi there,

at the moment I'm collecting my first experiences with OTRS (version 2.4.7) ITSM modul . After creating of change and workorders I've defined various conditions.

But unfortunatelly it doesn't work as expected.

OTRS log file contains while executing / updating of workorders a lot of error messages wich are described below:

Thu May 26 11:08:51 2011 	error 	OTRS-CGI-02 	ActionID '13' could not be executed successfully for ConditionID '8'.
Thu May 26 11:08:50 2011 	error 	OTRS-CGI-02 	ActionID '1' could not be executed successfully for ConditionID '1'.
Thu May 26 11:08:50 2011 	error 	OTRS-CGI-02 	The state 127 is not a possible next state!
...

• Have anybody an idea concerning the reason of these errors?
  Are these critical errors or information?
  How do I correct these mistakes?

hi there,

here are futher details . I hope that these could explain my problem a little bit better.

Should the conditions definitions be always updated (= setting "unvalid") as soon these were executed?

Otherwise there are many error records (or warnings) even for already executed conditions?
