Dear All,

I am using OTRS 3. I wan to integrate with AD for all customers and agents, as per the document provided i have tried but to no where. please explain in simple way to integrate with AD. Thank you and will highly appreciated.

please use search functionality for LDAP and also have a look in the wiki
"Production": OTRS™ 8, OTRS™ 7, STORM powered by OTRS
"Testing": ((OTRS Community Edition)) and git Master
