i want to send the notification both English and Arabic. when i add Arabic texts it shows. i added /opt/otrs/var/fonts/ arabic font collection

when i try to send admin notification i got the following error.

1)Do not send mail option- its working without any problem no error log etc.
2)SMTP - after apply this refer this post
