hi,

is this possible?

i have two free text drop down, first one Printers. if i choose one of the value in first (xerox). It has to show only xerox printer models. if i choose HP it has to show hp models.

when i try to send admin notification i got the following error.

No SASL mechanism found
at /opt/otrs/kernel/cpan-lib/authan/SASL.pm
at /usr/share/perl5/Net/SMTP.pm

for help, please send mail to the webmaster(root@localhost),givining this error message and the time and date of the error

1)Do not send mail option- its working without any problem no error log etc.

when i configure SMTP setup in OTRS
it gives one error

XML::Parser produced errors. I use XML::Parser::Lite as fallback!

i have some problem when setup OTRS SMTP.
i have attached 2 images for reference.
the problem is, after setting up SMTP when we create new ticket there is one pop up window open not sending mail.
