Hello,
I'm having a problem trying to add new services
I can't put the the Criticality, this field appears in blank to me!
When i go to Criticality <-> Impact <-> Priority its all empty and i can't add nothing.
What can i do?

Boa tarde, Sempre que um cliente que usa outlook com exchange manda um e-mail para abertura de chamado com um anexo EML, esse anexo automaticamente é convertido para txt e html, gostaria de saber se tem alguma coisas que eu possa fazer, para não rodar o essa conversão. Hello I got a problem when receive eml attachment, the attach converts to html and txt file and rename it to file-n. This problem only happens when i receive the e-mail form exchange servers, if i send the mail with eml attach from domino servers it works. I was thinking if its possible to force any...

O problema estava dentro do arquivo Config.pm.
Eu tinha colocado algumas ACLs lá dentro e esqueci de remover.

Hello,
I trying to config the Services with SLA, i did the client - service association.
But the services appears in gray.
The most strange, when i change the service name, for exemple: SALES and i change to SALE the service appears normal.
Can anyone help me?

Boa tarde, Estou configurando os serviços com o SLA, já associei ao cliente e tudo. Porem os serviços aparecem em cinza. O mais estranho é que quando altero o novo do serviço, por exemplo, o serviço é VENDAS se altero para VENDA ele aparece normal. Alguém já pegou algo desse tipo? Desde já agradeço.

Yes, but i put my agents to recive this e-mails, but they dont recived anything.
I create one queue named 'test' for this agents, but no one is reciving escalation time e-mail.
