PostMaster Filter problem

Hi all,

I have successfully set my PostMaster filters to work. For example, when there is one of the words "read" and/or "type" in the Body and/or the Subject of a new ticket , this should go into the Queue "Secretary" (as seen below)

Filter Condition
Header 1: Body Value 1: (read|type)
Header 2 ...

Hi all,

As I am new in OTRS I have a couple of questions:
(a) I guess that anybody can be registered as a customer in the customer web-interface. When a new customer signs up (registers), what is the procedure after that for him to log in to the system? Will he have to wait for an activation email ...

@ andersonserra: Yes, I can connect with my email provider and I can see all my emails in there. However, most of these emails failed to reach my OTRS platform. I think that the problem was an unexpected ticket load for 20 minutes or so...

Hi all at OTRS User Forums,

I have set a postmaster mail account (gmail) to perform the management of the OTRS emails. Even though the system seemed to work just fine, today that I had an email/ticket overload from customers and agents, I kept getting the following error in my system log:

Thank you jojo!

The problem was that copying and pasting the tag into the text box of the notification does not work correctly. There must be an invisible control character that creates a problem... I typed the tag <OTRS_.....> and everything works now
