Hello! I want to set the field "freetext1" in database for each ticket with a value of the mail header. I tested with the PostMaster Filters but it didn't save anything to the database. In the history I can see: "TicketFreeTextUpdate Updated: FreeKey1=Testkey;FreeText1=Test;" But...
