Hi! Greetings from Finland, I have yesterday installed OTRS on a Ubuntu LTS server. I added my companys sales account from gmail with IMAPS. I use Google to handle all my mails. Maybe not the safest way, but it works perfect instead of running my own mailserver. I get the mail (over 5000) in to OTRS...
