Add a Custom Field to Agent Data

I am trying to see if I can add a custom field to the Agent Data. I want to add the Field "Phone Number" to the Agent data, and be able to add the same to notifications sent to customers, once a ticket is assigned to a particular agnent
Any suggestions ?

Jojo Thanks ton for the reply. Unfortunately i have tried the same. Since we have no knowledge of scripting, we are unable to create the rught scripts. When we tried to write the config into the config.pm file, OTRS stopped working. Could someone please guide with a modified config.pm file based on ...
