Is there any possibility to change the background color of Agent interface or customer interface?
I have searched for the css file. But i didn't get....Please help.

Hi,
I want to remove some columns in ticket status view page. For an example i want to remove Bulk,Article and Priority columns in Status view page. How can i remove that. I have gone through the 'Ticket ' option in SysConfig, but i can't find anything....Please help....

Hi, I would like to add one option in owner page. Is there any possibility to add the 'choose state option' in owner assigning page(pop up window). Means, when one ticket is assigned to any one, at that time we can select the state as "assigned". Anyone no how to do it? Thanks in advance

After that when the customer is login with new id there is no older tickets that he was created..!!!.I'm confused in that i just customer id only...but it creating a new account. Hi , i would like to know about ticket escalation. I have tried with cron job. */10 * * * * /opt/otrs/bin/otrs.GenericAgent.pl >> /dev/null This was the cron job created by me. Hi, I have configured ldap in my otrs.But it is not possible to login. It shows error like... Panic, user authenticated but no user data can be found in OTRS DB!! Perhaps the user is invalid. In my otrs customer panel, when i create a new ticket it automatically get closed...at the same moment of creating.I have checked with configuration but i can't find anything wrong....could anybody tell where i do wrong....
