Restarting apache seems solve the issue, but after few hours, the blank page problem return.
Do you think it's apache ?
I can migrate OTRS to a new server if this can help.

Hello, after the upgrade from 2.4.7 to 3.0.11 (rpm) we are experiencing blank pages when opening tickets. This happens with Firefox or IE.
