Hi,
we have some search-templates made by OTRS-Admins.
By "Assign to all agents" these were assigned to everybody.
How can I assign these templates to new agents that were created after this assignment?

Hallo,
wir haben einige Suchvorlagen die von den OTRS-Admins erstellt wurden und die dann über "Allen Agenten zuweisen" für alle verfügbar gemacht wurden.
Wie kann man diese bestehenden Suchvorlagen nun neu hinzukommenden Agenten zuweisen?

is there an option in sysconfig, so that otrs will only check whether the ticketnumber exists and don't care whether the format is correct?

Sorry but I don't know how to do this with a PostmasterFilter .. let me explain: We are sending mails from another system with TO: anybody@customer.com From: anybody@ourcompany.com CC: otrs@ourcompany.com Via this CC these mails are tranferred to OTRS. But there they aren't assigned to the customer ...

how can I manage to work with boolean operators within the search?
For example, I want to search all tickets of queue 1 where I am responsible and all tickets of queue 2 regardlesse whether I am responsible or not.

Hi,
I disabled an agent because the guy isn't employed anymore.
After that I want to search for his tickets (search menue) but his name isn't in the selection of responsibles.
How can I manage to get all agents into this list whether disabled or not?

ist es möglich und wenn ja wie, in der Suche die Bedingungen anders als UND-zuverknüpfen?
Ich möchte z.B. alle Tickets der Queue1, wo ich verantwortlich bin und alle Tickets einer weiteren Queue, egal wer verantwortlich ist.

Hallo, ich habe einen Agenten deaktiviert, dh. auf ungültig gesetzt. Danach kann ich nach diesem aber nicht mehr in der Suche filtern, wo er verantwortlich ist/war. ich suche eine Möglichkeit, die Suchvorlagen (gespeicherten Suchen) im Dashboard zu verknüpfen, damit man sie leicht aufrufen kann.
Ideal wäre ein Link, ähnlich wie man es im Bugzilla anlegen kann.
Kennt jemand dafür eine Lösung, wenn ja wie?
