Great, optimizing these tables finally reduced the MySQL database size from 12G to 2.9G. Thanks for the hint. Maybe this should be documented at http://doc.otrs.org/3.0/en/html/perform ... rs-storage though.

Yes, I first switched TicketStorageModule, then ran ArticleStorageSwitch.pl and finally ran 'optimize table' for MySQL tables ticket, ticket_history and articles. hey, I now checked, and indeed we have installed ITSM. The hostname in error messages above is correct and set as 'Host' by SystemMonitor. We got additional errors in the meantime. I don't know what CMDB is for. can you point me do some documentation? To be honest, I don't even know whether I use CMDB or not :-/

if you are not using the CMDB Module, switch of the automatic setting of the CI incident state Can you please elaborate on that? I fear that I don't fully understand yet. What's the CMDB for, and why are you confident that we're not using it? Apart from that, we'd prefer to find the source of this ...

... and you are sure your 'HostRegExp' => '\\s*Host:\\s+(.*)\\s*', meets the name of your CI? I guess so, yes.
