Date fields switched to current date when updating CMDB
I am using OTRS v3.0.5. I found that the date fields in the CMDB records when I press the edit. That is, if I want to add a line in the description, I had to revert the date back to the original record or else all of them will be changed to today. Is there a way to stop this as it is screwing up all...

I would like to open the portal for our customer population for them to log in new tickets by themselves if they wish. IS there a way I can import the customer information instead of creating them one by one? We are talking about creating over 500 customers in one shot.
