i can't move the ticket on the new sub queue i can't see the new sub Queue and when i change the group to a group that already exist (users) it work and i can see my sub queue

on the dashboard I want the agent view and see only the tickets on his queue and not all the tickets .

no but not the only owner of ticket also other agent can't change the owner and that's the problém may be i have to change something on parameter

i found juste generic_agent.dist in file /var/cron i have changed but no change.
and in the agent_generic area admin system interface web in filter ticket i selected :
Dates climbing :Time of escalating ticket reached last 1year
