This behaviour was changed in 3.1 so you need switch back or live with this feature

Sorry, I don't think I'm understanding you. Are you saying that it's a known issue that you can't limit the number of customers that can be added to any one ticket? I thought you meant that the continued search on the customer field was a bug.

Thanks jojo! That being the case, I've been unable to figure out how to limit the amount of customers which can be assigned to a ticket to just one. Is that something that can be easily changed via configuration, or would that be a development/code ...
