A workaround that was suggested off-list: Create a new state/status of "Responded" as type open. You'd set that as follow-up state in the Sysconfig and you can sort by that state in Tickets, status view. Great idea - but what would have to be changed? Adding "responded" to Ticke...

Hello community, I wonder whether it's possible to create a search which displays all tickets which are not resolved and the customer sent the last update. I.e., the agents have lots of tickets they work on, sometimes they see a new email coming in, an update to a ticket from the customer but want/n...
