How can one privatize the entire ticket and/or specific entries/comments in a ticket?

For example, if we create a "Termination" ticket, we would not want the entire world to view the ticket's contents.

I am new to OTRS (hello all) and wish to import my list of users, instead of manually creating them one by one.

How can OTRS 3.1.5 import my user list using ldap. We currently do not run Active Directory (AD), but if we do, how does OTRS interact with AD?
