I understand, but I need to disable this notification due to my internal rules. I will to use the customer web interface to communicate with my customers..

technically is this possible?

Verificou se está habilitada a opção "Notificação De Movimentação De Chamados" nas preferencias de cada usuário e a devida seleção da fila que deseja que este alerta seja enviado?

Questões de performance é bem subjetivo. Como estão os recursos físicos do servidor? como está o load desta máquina? Te sugiro acessar o menu do OTRS Administração -> registro de desempenho.. e ver se ele te aponta algo..

Depende o contexto. Se for de dentro do próprio chamado, você pode acionar o filtro e mandar exibir somente os tipos de artigos que você deseja exibir. Apartir daí você mandaria imprimir com este filtro ativo A opção do filtro não vem habilitado por padrão, tem que habilitar via sysconfig.

Sorry, but, how to do this? I dont have any auto- response (follow up) configured for any queue, but when an agent creates a new article, an e-mail is send to the customer.

I have only a new ticket auto response configured

I need to disable only the follow-up e-mail to customer, when some agent write a new article.. but to keep all possible notifications.

Cara,
Confere no sysconfig as configurações de email "Core::Sendmail" e verifica as configurações de autenticação para envio. O que ocorre é que ele vê algo de errado ao tentar enviar um e-mail após gerar o ticket...

Hi Guys,
I Solved my problem this way...

1 - Disabling mod_perl in httpd.conf, then, more details were logged in apache error log.
2 - I Saw, in my case that the problem was with the password to connect to the smpt server before to send the e-mail.
3 - I changed the password to the correct in the ...
