Good morning people,

my doubts and the next.
When my client opens a ticket or my helpdesk opens a ticket for my client, I wonder if the notes you have put in tickets like my customers to receive them by email.
I believe that would facilitate interaction with my client.

Bom dia pessoal,

minha duvida e a seguinte.
Qd meu cliente abre um ticket ou o meu helpdesk abre um ticket para meu cliente, gostaria de saber se as notas que colocamos nos tickets tem como os meu clientes receberem elas por email.
Acredito que facilitaria a interação com meu cliente.

Pessoal, gostaria de saber se alguem sabe, ou ja viu de algum modulo que faça com que o OTRS trabalhe enviando SMS para os clientes??

Surgiu essa demanda aqui no trabalho, e gostaria de verificar se alguem ja viu algo deste tipo...

our customers open tickets and we need to put a note.
must note that this is passed on to the customer, only the external notes.
