i've created .dtl & .pm file.
can someone guide me how to register it via sysconfig or guide me how to make the file is usable in otrs.

For
1. Go to Admin | Config Item => ?Action=AdminITSMConfigItem
to add a class or extend an existing class definition with more fields.
I can't edit class definition for 'name', 'deployment state', and 'incident state'. Because it was not here. Can you explain more or give me an idea to change ...
