Tengo una duda como puedo hacer para que el cliente reciba una notificacion para cuando se cierre un ticket ....
En Notification Management hice una notificacion para los tickets cerrados pero cuando hago la prueba no manda nada
que es lo q tengo que hacer o estoy haciendo mal??

Im having problems with the customer portal.. Im trying set it up so my customer can log in to it and start sending tickets. I alredy read the admin manual and searched the internet to find the answer and nothing ... If you know how to fix this problem please comment , Ill appreciate it.
