Is it possible to create tickets/changes from external. If I have a CRM application, is there a way to create tickets into OTRS ? Is there an exposed service which the external application can invoke to create tickets with ?

Hi Jojo,
I was able to save the template. But when I tried to edit it, didn't contain anything. Can I add fields and drop downs on the template so that when I select the template it will show the fields I have added ?

Hi,
I would like to use the OTRS ITSM module for change request. In CHANGES and then New, there is the Template selection, why are there no templates to be selected ? How do I add or create a new template ??

I already have a running instance of OTRS on CentOS. I would like to install a new version of it. How should I do it ? How do I tell the installation to use /opt/otrs2 instead of overwriting /opt/otrs ?
