I would like to add custom fields such as

- Type of Change
- Product Channel
- Services Impacted
- Machine Name
- Business justifications
- Groups to Notify
- Related issue/change
- Person conducting the change

Hi Jojo,

I was able to save the template. But when I tried to edit it, didn't contain anything. Can I add fields and drop downs on the template so that when I select the template it will show the fields I have added ?

I would like to use the OTRS ITSM module for change request. In CHANGES and then New, there is the Template selection, why are there no templates to be selected ? How do I add or create a new template ??

I already have a running instance of OTRS on CentOS. I would like to install a new version of it. How should I do it ? How do I tell the installation to use /opt/otrs2 instead of overwriting /opt/otrs ?

Hello, I have created several QUEUES and GROUPS in OTRS 3.1.7. I have configured each group to below to a certain queues. My issue is that the queues that were created does not appear in the customer "To:" selection drop box when creating a new ticket.The selection only includes Junk, Misc...
