Hi,
Is it possible to setup a calendar for timeaccounting that works on a weekly basis and not a daily basis ie weekly totals will be the input instead of daily totals.
Thanks

Re: Keep the same state on FollowUp?
Hi, I don't seem to be able to uncheck PostmasterFollowUpState - tickbox is greyed out. Yes, we want to keep the tickets closed but we also want the note added eg Out of office reply As a test, I initially to set all queue followups to reject to see if that stopped the note being added but this func...

Re: Keep the same state on FollowUp?
Hi, I know this is an old ticket but it is exactly the issues i would like to resolve. I would like for follow-ups to leave the state unchanged. I have tried the following but it has not worked(not sure if this is a dynamic change or do I need to rebuild config?): my $State = $Self->{ConfigObject}->...

Re: Dynamic Field - link to ticket
I would like to report on it.
So i would like a report where I show the ticket id, the total accounted time and the cost centre.
I cannot see what fields I can use to join the cost centre to ticket.

Dynamic Field - link to ticket
Hi,
I've created a dynamic field called cost centre and place it on the AgentTicketPhone action. How do i link this dynamic field to the ticket that has been logged?
Thanks,
Keith

Re: Reopening a closed ticket does not start the solution ti
I don't understand the logic of that, why allow reopening of tickets if the behaviour of the system totally changes for these tickets.
Do you know if this functionality be available in OTRS 3.2?
Thanks,
Keith

Reopening a closed ticket does not start the solution timer
Hi,
We are allowing customers to reopen closed tickets. When a ticket is reopened it does not start the solution time. It only seems to start the update timer again. Is it possible for the solution timer to also restart?
Thanks,
Keith

Map people within existing OUs to Services within OTRS
Hi, We are currently implementing OTRS and have a customer base of approx 1500. These people sit within various Business Units within the company. Naturally, depending on what BU you belong to you will have access to differnet services. We don't want to manually assign services to each customer by g...
