Davis, I've done the install of otrs-3.2.1 and otrs-3.2.7 on Ubuntu Server 10.04/12.04 multiple times without a problem. Here are the steps I follow (using postgres db): 1. Well, I have found the addNote in agent notifications in the Admin panel but my agents are not getting emails when I add a note.

Nevermind. If you go to /opt/otrs/var and edit the cron files individually to the right path it will work.
