I plan to upgrade from 3.0.10 to 3.1.9 but I worry about the error after migration. There are no official document from OTRS guide to do this (in windows).

OTRS return closed ticket number
Hi all, I have problem with my OTRS (current use OTRS 3.0.10). Normally, when the user send an email to helpdesk@mydomain.com, OTRS will reply automatically an email with ticket number. But yesterday, It returned an email with ticket number was closed before. I already check in log file but can not ...
