Previously i have created the OTRS-ID with the same mail id (swathi_vinjam@mahindrasatyam.com). Its worked.
By mistake, i have disabled that mail id...from that time onwards am not able to create OTRS-ID for that particular id only.

I am expecting the mail notification to my company maill id about new ticket creation.
