Tickets visibility in the customer view
Hi all,
I'm working on OTRS 3.2.8.
I have a question about the tickets visibility in the customer view .
I would like to make tickets created by two different customers viewable by the both in their ticket list in the customer view.
Does someone knows how to make this possible ?

Hi all,
I have a question concerning OTRS (DB) migration.
During the last migration i have made, i have seen that the otrs configuration were modifyied after the DB import.
Is there a way to import the database but only with the data (tickets, articles, queues, etc...) and without any configuration ...

I've just checked if i could have made a change on this but i don't think so. But i'm not 100% sure of it.
The only modification was made on ticketstats to get 30 days stats.
It there a way by the logs or something else to find out where the problem is coming from ?

Example :
Customer_foo create a ticket
Agent_bar replied something that help customer
Customer_foo via web interface replied it's OK and set to close the ticket in the same time.

I tried this hack and it works but it's logged as follow when someone is unregistered as customer :
"Message: 1 not in database".
$_ is given as 1 as you can see
I would like to know how email can be gave instead at this point.
