Customer Management View Edit?
Hi, I am using OTRS 3.1.11 and I have AD for customer lookup. On the Customer Management view I can see the following information: Username/Name/Email/CustomerID/Last Login/Validity. I would like to add a new field in there to show a location as we have multiple sites..... Is this possible? Thanking...
