Schema Information of OTRS?

Hi,

I want to know if is possible to get the documentation of the information schema of OTRS's Data base. Like diagrams where i can see the tables, the relations, the meaning of the columns, etc.

Donde puedo obtener documentacion de la DB de OTR?

Saludos,

Me gustaria saber si es posible conseguir una documentacion del esquema que tiene la base de datos OTRS, para fines de elaboracion de reportes estadisticos y alazar a otras aplicaciones que puedan usar la informacion que tiene dicha base de datos.

Hello,

Somebody now how can i make that a Customer in OTRS can send a ticket to specific agent or how i can do that he could select an Sub-Queue when he is creating a Ticket?
