Hello,

I uninstalled version 3.2.6 and installed the version 3.1.12 which was running on another box and the installation went fine without any problems!

Can anyone please suggest what could be wrong in 3.2.6 to cause Apache to crash?

hmm ok. But I have already run the installer otrs-3.1.12-win-installer-2.4.5.exe and it has installed quite a few components.

Do I have to run any uninstaller before executing a manual setup?

I only have this server available to me. I can probably backup the databases in the old server and uninstall it. But will this resolve my problem? i.e, if I uninstall the old server instance will OTRS use the embedded mysql server?
