I've already created a process. It works in the agent frontend. I cannot figure out how to create a process ticket from the customer frontend (customer.pl). The documentation does not mention it, but I guess it's possible, because when you create an activity dialog, you can select "Available in...

Process Ticket Customer Frontend

Hello community,

how do you create process tickets in the customer frontend (latest OTRS: 3.2.1)? So far, I'm only able to create "normal" tickets...
