My idea would be to get an history of last closed tickets (last month for example) and then archive the closed tickets.

The workflow of my ticket would be :
New Ticket -> Open ticket -> Close Ticket -> Archive Ticket

So, I would like to know how to display a closed ticket page ?

hello,

How can I view closed tickets in my agent interface ? I can find closed ticket when I run a search query but I would like to see closed tickets in the dashboard or in an another screen.
