Znuny Open Source Ticketsystem

Hi, I have created a number of dynamic ticket templates using dynamic fields. The templates work, but when I click on a ticket that was created using the dtt I can't see the data i have entered that is contained in the dynamic fields. How do I get this data to show in the article of the ticket? Thanks
