I want reject email that has empty subject..
How can I filter it?
I using Subject for Header 1, but I don't know Value for empty subject.

I'm trying use LDAP for my OTRS,
but it not running well when I browse index.pl and try to login, I can't login..

Ok, I use reply to tell the customer..crythias wrote:don't use notifications on close ticket. Use reply or don't tell the customer.
My problem is when customer want follow up this ticket.
it will be sent in default SMTP email.
but, I want it send in agent's email..
What must I do?

Hello,
I'm newbie in otrs..
I've setting filter email,
All of email with subject "otrs" will be placed in Raw queue..
Now, I want setting if email with subject not "otrs" will be ignored.
How can I setting it?
