Encontrei onde fazer a alteração! Mas, na verdade, quando o atendente cria um artigo FAQ deveria ser criado automaticamente um chamado e enviá-lo para fila FAQ_Approval e somente após a aprovação do chamado o artigo seria disponibilizado na pasta pública. Porém esse chamado não está sendo aberto!!! ...

Actually, if you change Core::Approval to yes must be created a ticket in the queue FAQ_Approval, but is not happens.... How can I require the automatic creation of a ticket after the agent submit an article FAQ and only after its approval it available in the public folder?
